The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Archer Futura Technologies AB, a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden with its registered office in Stockholm, Sweden ("we"), the operator of MastermindStack. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. The privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

The service

MastermindStack is a workspace for writing and publishing: you keep books and articles as projects, save revisions and publish editions. It is offered as a working preview, so features may change, be added or be withdrawn as it develops.

Your account

Give accurate details when you create your account and keep your sign-in secure. An account is for one person. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Your work stays yours

You keep all rights in the manuscripts, images and other material you put into MastermindStack. You allow us to store, process, render and display that material only as needed to provide the service to you, for example to save revisions and build the editions you ask for. Publishing an edition anywhere is your decision. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including images and quotations.

Acceptable use

Do not use MastermindStack to store or publish unlawful material, to infringe other people's rights, to distribute malware, to try to reach other people's projects or accounts, or to put an unreasonable load on the service. We may remove material or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Availability and your copies

We work to keep the service available and your projects safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of important work: the app can export your writing as Markdown.

Ending

You can stop using MastermindStack at any time and ask us to delete your account and projects. We may end or suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why where the law allows.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are settled by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. If these terms change, we update this page and its date, and tell you in the app before a significant change applies to you.
